Multi-cloud & multi-region setup

Keep running when a region or a provider has a bad day. We design and build active-active and active-passive setups across regions and across AWS and Google Cloud, and we test the failover.

Failover drills

Scheduled game days that fail over regions so you know it works before you need it.

lan

Unified networking

Secure interconnect, VPN and private connectivity between clouds and regions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need multi-cloud, or is multi-region enough?

For most companies, multi-region on one provider gives excellent resilience at lower complexity. Multi-cloud makes sense for regulatory, vendor-risk or specific service reasons, and we'll tell you honestly which fits.

What's the difference between active-active and active-passive?

Active-active serves traffic from several regions at once for the best availability and latency. Active-passive keeps a warm standby that takes over when needed, which is simpler and cheaper.

How do you handle databases across regions?

Using managed cross-region replicas, global databases or application-level replication, depending on your consistency needs and engine.

Does multi-region double our cloud cost?

Not necessarily. Warm-standby designs, right-sized replicas and careful data transfer planning keep the extra cost well below double.
